Twilight Princess -UPDATE-

So I'm playing furiously through the game in attempts to write a review for all you kind readers out there, but I find myself at a roadblock and you must aid me through this troubled time.

I REQUIRE THE SINKING LURE

Now I know they wouldnt have left this beauty out of the game but alas, I can not find it. If anyone has any idea where it is, or even a hint, please dear god email it to me at jason@bytesector.com and I will reward you with some of the goodies I have found to date on my Wii.

Jason Out.

I do not believe there is one. The only thing I have is the frog lure. As you know the sinking lure was only required for the eel in Ocarina of Time but there is no eel in this game just wheels.

yes there is one, go to the north most of the fishing hole w/ ur bobber and fish in there. You will start getting boots and stuff and eventually get the sinking lure. I got it, its how i got 2x 27inch hylian loaches.

Charles has it right. Only I never got boots. What I did was went to the northwestern portion of the fishing holpe and drop your fishing rod (+earring) into the water. My lure sat unmoving in the water for about a minute, then I snagged the sinking lore. I haven't caught anything with it yet though because my Wiimote's batteries died. >>;

I finally got it on the Gamecube version. I was told it was on the northern most part next to the wall, past the bridge where I got the bottle. I collected the 3 fish needed but I also read somewhere else that I needed the Coral Earring from Prince Ralis. After I got that I went back to the fishing hole and on my first try I finally got the Sinking Lure. It makes it a lot easier than trying for over an hour.

ok mine happened a little differently... i just fished near that part but instead of it sitting there like a dead cat, i caught a 19 inch ordon catfish >>;; random i know... it beat my record by an inch. after that, i threw it back in really close to the ground and caught the sinking lure. [[ i DID have the coral earing hook though. i dont think its possible without it ]]

I finally got it in the gamecube version, going to the northeast part beyond the bridge, and you have to wait about a minute before the bobber moves. Another weird part--I caught a little Hylian Loach before the sinking lure...

-_- I must have spent days trying to catch that damn thing. Finally found this place, tried going to the area you said, and the first thing I caught was the sinking lure. Thank you so much -_-
