An in-depth review of the PlayStation 3

Only days after release and there has been more coverage on this console than the war in Iraq in almost every medium...I'm sure. Ars Technica has a fantastic in-depth review of the PlayStation 3 from unpacking it to playing the initial games. The overall opinion of the writer is very balanced and unbiased. The bad is clearly pointed out and it must be obvious to many by now and the good is well highlighted. This is a great review to look at if you have an open mind on the system and won't cough over and die if something bad is said about it.

The PS3 doesn't have any grand ideas; Sony wanted something high-tech, so they started from scratch with the processor and GPU, but what does it get them? Very little so far.
